Time for a change of pace from italian lasagna....taco beef, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheese, salsa. Black beans and refried beans layered between flour tortillas instead of pasta. Bake to heat through...top with cheese and broil til brown....top with enchilada sauce and sour cream.....ole!
