Fresh Lobster Cavatappi in Cream Sauce
When lobster is so readily available, I like to indulge!
Steamed whole lobster shelled and chopped with portabello, button mushrooms and escarole in a garlic cream sauce with smoked paprika. Cavatappi is the perfect pasta to grab all that sauce....
Heavenly sinful!
